friendly staff food options
the staff was friendly right from check-in. the hotel was clean and well laid out. breakfast was very good. it had many food options.
I could hear noises from other rooms. there is no privacy. another issue is the indoor pool. it needs a huge intervention. It needs a new fresh and bigger pool with better and more spa ambiance.

friendly staff great location bathroom wear crowded gym
I found the staff very friendly and quick to respond to my needs. The location was great because it was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops nearby.
The room showed some signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. I also found the gym to be smaller than expected. It was quite crowded during peak hours.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
loud air conditioning outdated furniture
The air conditioning was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. additionally, the room felt outdated. i noticed worn furniture and fixtures needing repair. The hotel reminded me of it had seen better days. the breakfast buffet was also overcrowded. it was hard to find a seat and the food quality was not up to par.

i encountered issues with housekeeping i found the staff to be unprofessional the housekeeping staff kept ringing the doorbell and knocking even after i confirmed everything was okay this interruption occurred while i was in the bathroom once and they even started opening the door despite my request for privacy it was quite disturbing

a good experience
great room early check
kenneth lo was a gem , he checked us in early. he gave us a great room at 10 am after our long flight. he even surprised us with roses , fruit , and chocolates for our anniversary. later , a bottle of champagne arrived at our room.
the housekeeping was ok , but we had to call for bottled water. the indian food at breakfast was poor , especially the dosa. the staff lacked knowledge , and the dishes were disappointing.

the staff provided prompt assistance and were attentive to requests , answering questions effectively. the check-in process was efficient , and concierge services assisted with travel arrangements. the hotel employees displayed consistent professionalism and warmth .

separate sinks rainfall shower
The room was spacious. it included two separate sinks in the bathroom. A nice touch! i appreciated the rainfall shower. it really added to the relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.
The elevator carpets change daily. But i found this feature a bit gimmicky,

safe luggage perfect room really good service
Amber at check-in ensured my luggage arrived safely and my room was perfect. The team showed very nice effort to. Hayden Kwan in the club lounge provided exemplary service. I will always remember the wedding anniversary upgrade with its special touches.
The thermostat in my room did not seem to respond to adjustments .
